King & Queen guest rooms feature either one king bed or one queen bed with full private bath.
Double guest rooms feature two double beds with full private bath.
Cottage 7 is a two bedroom cottage with a double bed in one room and a queen bed in another, sleeps up to 4.
Cottage 8 is a well-appointed, two bedroom cottage with a queen bed in one room, two twin beds in second, and sleeps up to 6 with the sleeper sofa in the living area.
Cottage 9 is a cozy, rustic, two bedroom cottage with double beds in each room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps up to 4.
Cottage 10 is a great family cottage with one large bedroom with two twin beds and one queen bed. With the addition of a sleeper sofa in the living room, it sleeps up to 6.

Minimum Stays 2 to 4 night minimum stays may be required based upon season, market demand, or business conditions.
Applicable Taxes Michigan Sales Tax of 6% and Manistee County Assessment ("Pillow Tax") of 5% apply to all room rates.

Check- Out – Before 10:00 a.m. (unauthorized late check-outs will be charge for another night stay)
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
An advanced deposit equal to 50% of stay, and a valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations.
For reservations made prior to January for the following year, deposit request letters will be sent mid-December and deposits of 50% will be due no later than February 1st to confirm a reservation. Any reservation without a deposit after February 1st will automatically be cancelled.
For reservations for 3 nights or less, if a cancellation or change for any reason to your reservation occurs within 72 hours of arrival date, or a no-show occurs, the full amount of your entire stay will be charged, no refund will be issued.
For stays of 4 to 9 nights, a cancellation or change for any reason up to 7 days prior to your arrival date results in forfeiture of the advance deposit, unless we are able to rebook your reservation, less 20% handling fee. The full amount of your stay will be charged if cancelled within 7 days of your date of arrival. A reduction of dates of stay will result in the loss of the deposit for the nights that have been cancelled.
For stays of 10 nights or more, cancellation or change for any reason up to 15 days prior to arrival results in forfeiture of the advance deposit, unless we are able to rebook your reservation, less 20% handling fee. Any cancellation within 15 days of arrival date will require full payment for the entire stay without refund. A reduction of dates of stay will result in the loss of the deposit for the nights that have been cancelled.
Refunds require up to 4 weeks for processing.
No refunds will be issued for early departure for any reason.
Policies and Additional Charges
Based on government regulations the “No smoking policy” must be observed in ALL enclosed rooms and cottages, effective November 16, 2009. Our no smoking policy includes smoking of any substance via cigarettes, e-cigarette, and all other smoking devices. Enforced with a $250 fine.
Based on State of Michigan law, occupants are not allowed to sleep on the floor of any guest room or cottage.
Pets are NOT allowed. Registered Service Animals as defined by ADA Guidelines are the only exception. Our no pets policy is enforced with a $250.00 fine and immediate removal. Emotional support animals do not qualify as specified by ADA law. Guests with Registered Service Animals are responsible for cleaning up after their animals while onsite. As much as we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them on our property.
