Advanced Reservations assure your chosen accommodations availability. Rates, fees and policies are subject to change without advanced notice.
Minimum Stays 2 to 4 night minimum stays may at times be required based upon season, market demand, or business conditions.
Applicable Taxes Michigan Sales Tax of 6% and Manistee County Assessment ("Pillow Tax") of 5% apply to all room rates.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- We will keep the full amount if the reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival.
- 50% of the rate will be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival.
No refunds will be issued for early departure for any reason. We are a dog-friendly property! Well-behaved dogs are welcome—please inquire for details on our pet policy.
Policies and Additional Charges
Based on government regulations the “No smoking policy” must be observed in ALL enclosed rooms and cabins, effective November 16, 2009. Our no smoking policy includes smoking of any substance via cigarettes, e-cigarette, and all other smoking devices. Enforced with a $250 fine.
Based on State of Michigan law, occupants are not allowed to sleep on the floor of any guest room or cabin.
