Minimum Stays

Minimum stays of 2 to 4 nights may be required depending on season, demand, or business conditions.

Michigan Sales Tax: 6%
Manistee County Assessment ("Pillow Tax"): 5%
Both apply to all room rates.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Standard Reservations

61+ days before arrival: Full refund
Within 60 days: 50% refund
Within 30 days: No refund

Group & Large Bookings

5-Bedroom Combo, 4-Cabins Combo, Whole Resort

30+ days before arrival: 50% refund
Within 30 days: No refund

No refunds are given for early departure for any reason.

We're Dog-Friendly!

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at The Arcadia at Pleasant Valley Resort. Bring your furry family member along for the adventure — we love having them here. A pet fee will apply. Contact us for details.

Additional Policies

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all rooms and cabins.
This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and all similar devices.
$250 fine for violations.

🛏️ Occupancy Policy

Based on Michigan law, guests are not allowed to sleep on the floor in any room or cabin.
