Why is this your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is also due to the size of our property. Large hotels with many rooms are generally able to offer liberal cancellation policies because they have inventory available, so as not to have to turn guests away. As mentioned above, we are a small property. We fill the 10 units we have quickly and do have to turn many guests away. It is our preference to only take reservations from those guests that are committed to their reservation. If you are uncertain about your exact travel plans, we ask that you wait until your plans are firm before reserving. Once you have made your reservation, we are committed to having your room or cottage available to you upon your arrival, we expect that you will commit to your end of the reservation as well.
